The Foreign Secretary said that Yogesh Kumar, an Indian agent based in a third country, planned the killing of Pakistani national Shahid Latif by criminals and terrorists in Sialkot. Apart from this, Indian agents Ashok Kumar Anand and Yogesh Kumar were involved in the murder of Pakistani citizen Mohammad Riaz in Rawalkot.

Mohammad Cyrus Sajjad Qazi said that the Pakistani authorities have caught the hired killers of the Indian agents. He said that Pakistan has documentary, financial and forensic evidence of the involvement of the two Indian agents, who carried out the murders. Mastermind was created.

The Foreign Secretary said that the Indian network of extrajudicial and extraterritorial killings has become a global phenomenon, as evidenced by the involvement of Indian agents in similar operations in Canada and the United States.
