An individual named Vem Miller was apprehended outside a rally for Donald Trump in Coachella, California, on Saturday. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco asserted that this marked the third alleged assassination attempt on Trump, despite the fact that the suspect had been released on a $5,000 bail for firearm-related charges.

Miller, aged 49, was intercepted at a police checkpoint while in possession of a counterfeit press pass. Subsequent search of his unregistered vehicle led to the discovery of forged passports, driver’s licenses, a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine. Sheriff Bianco maintained that his department had thwarted another assassination endeavor, although federal agencies expressed dissent.

The Secret Service and FBI confirmed that Trump was not endangered during the rally and that the occurrence did not impact security operations. Miller, who is affiliated with an anti-government far-right faction, denied any intention to cause harm to Trump, dismissing the allegations as “complete bulls–t.” An investigation into the matter is ongoing.
