Army Chief Vows to Defeat Terrorism and Boost Balochistan’s Progress

[post-views]

Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has reaffirmed the Pakistan Army’s firm resolve to eliminate terrorism and stressed the vital need for socio-economic uplift in Balochistan to strengthen national unity and integration.

During his interaction with participants of the 16th National Workshop Balochistan, the Army Chief strongly condemned India’s open sponsorship of terror proxies, calling it a failed attempt to undermine the deep-rooted patriotism of the people of Balochistan. He stated that India’s defeat in “Ma’arka-e-Haq” has now pushed it to intensify its proxy war, using Fitna-al-Khawarij and Fitna-al-Hindustan as instruments of a hybrid campaign against Pakistan. He warned that these proxies will meet the same humiliation as in previous confrontations.

Field Marshal Asim Munir emphasized that terrorism recognizes no religion, sect, or ethnicity, and that its eradication requires collective national resolve. He highlighted that accelerated development initiatives in Balochistan, coupled with coordinated inter-agency efforts, are essential for both provincial progress and overall national advancement.

Reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to regional peace, the Army Chief underscored that the nation remains fully prepared to respond decisively to any internal or external threats, safeguarding national dignity and ensuring citizens’ security.
