Burberry showcases oversized coats, faux fur and hot water bottles at London Fashion Week. Daniel Lee, the Chief Creative Officer of Burberry, presented his unique vision for the British heritage label at London Fashion Week on Monday.

The runway show took place in a dark marquee at Kennington Park, where Lee presented a colourful take on Burberry’s classic camel, black and red check. His collection drew inspiration from the brand’s love for exploration and the outdoors, as reflected in the oversized, soft silhouettes of both the women’s and men’s wear. The showstopper was a khaki mackintosh-style trench coat with green faux fur lapels.

The Autumn Winter 2023 collection also featured English rose-patterned tailoring, chunky rubber boots with an equestrian twist, and cosy square-toed shearling and faux fur shoes. With Lee’s unique vision, Burberry steps into a new era that pays tribute to its heritage while embracing the future.
