Criminal Spree Shakes City: Robbers Hit Three Petrol Stations, Loot Rs2 Billion
A spate of robberies sent shockwaves through various city neighborhoods as daring criminals executed three heists at petrol stations, making off with a staggering sum of Rs2 billion in just six hours. These incidents have raised significant questions about the claims of improved law and order made by local police.
The first incident unfolded in the Sukhan area around 6 am when a gang of four robbers brazenly targeted a petrol station. They disarmed the security guards and swiftly looted Rs32,000 from the station’s cashier. The audacious robbery has raised concerns over the safety of such establishments. Law enforcement arrived at the scene to begin their forensic investigation.
The second robbery occurred at 11:30 am in the Al-Karam FC area. Four robbers, riding on two motorcycles, stormed another petrol station. They forcibly seized a substantial sum of Rs1,800,000 from the cashier, who was in the process of depositing the money in a nearby bank. The timing and efficiency of the robbery have left the community on edge.
In the third incident, which took place in Mominabad Faqir Colony, two robbers mounted on a motorcycle arrived at a filling station. Swiftly, they intimidated the station’s employees and made away with a large amount of cash. Their speedy escape raised questions about the response times and effectiveness of law enforcement.
