The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has officially recognized the intra-party elections Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTI-P) held.
The results of the intra-party elections for PTI parliamentarians have been validated in a notification issued by the Election Commission.
Following Pervaiz Khattak’s resignation from the chairmanship, the PTI Parliamentarians deemed it necessary to conduct intra-party elections to fill the vacant positions, a crucial step in maintaining the party’s leadership structure.
As per the ECP’s notification, Mehmood Khan has been elected chairman of the PTI Parliamentarians, while Malik Afzal Deen has been appointed Vice Chairman.
