The Federal Board of Revenue is set to launch the Faceless Customs Assessment System in Karachi today. This initiative is a crucial part of the FBR Transformation Plan that has received approval from the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
The new system aims to streamline trade by cutting down clearance times while improving efficiency and transparency in customs assessments. Following the successful implementation of the first phase in Karachi, the system will be expanded to other ports and border stations across the country.
