Michael McCaul, the head of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, stressed the importance of a robust alliance and partnership between Pakistan and the United States to address Afghanistan-related issues, refugee matters, and terrorism.

He shared these remarks with reporters after attending a delightful barbeque reception and a vibrant mango festival, hosted by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Masood Khan, at the Pakistan Embassy in Washington.

During the event, McCaul and Khan engaged in discussions on ways to fortify the ties between Pakistan and the US. Additionally, the US representative expressed optimism that their economic collaboration would bring the two nations even closer.
