Hearing on Punjab Government’s review appeal against Mubarak Sani (Qadiani) case decision

The Supreme Court has decided to take support from various religious institutions in the Mubarak Sani (Qadiyani) case. The court while issuing the order said that a copy of the order of February 6 should be sent to the religious institutions.

While issuing the order, the court said that a copy of the order should be sent to the Islamic Ideological Council, Jamia Naimiya, Quran Academy Karachi and Jamiat Ahl Hadith and seek their assistance.

Jamaat-e-Islami has filed an application to become a party in the Supreme Court Mubarak Ahmad Qadiani revision case. The request to become a party has been filed by Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq through former judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui.

During the hearing in the court, Jamaat-e-Islami lawyer Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui said that we believe that the court has not been properly supported in the Mubarak Sani case.

Justice Musrat Hilali while giving remarks said that do not question our faith.

Chief Justice Qazi Faiz said in his remarks that we are not intelligent, surely we can make a mistake, I am not worried about anyone else, I am afraid of the one above. would be wrong.
