Iran issued a warning to Israel on Sunday, cautioning that any further military actions in Lebanon could result in unforeseen consequences. The warning comes in the wake of a deadly rocket strike in the Israel-annexed Golan Heights, which Israel attributes to Tehran-backed Hezbollah.

Foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani stated, “Any ignorant action of the Zionist regime can lead to the broadening of the scope of instability, insecurity, and war in the region,” emphasizing that Israel would be held responsible for any unforeseen consequences resulting from such actions. This warning underscores the potential for further escalation in the region.

Following a rocket attack purportedly launched by Hezbollah, Israel announced that 12 individuals, including children, were killed in the Druze town of Majdal Shams. It’s important to note that Hezbollah has denied responsibility for the rocket fire, adding a layer of complexity to the situation.
