Jordanian Foreign Minister Warns of Another Massacre if Israel Invades Rafah

[post-views]

Recent reports claim that Israel is planning to invade Rafah, which has sparked concerns among several UN agencies and Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi. In light of the situation, Safadi has warned that an attack on Rafah would lead to another massacre.

According to Safadi, several UN agencies, including UNICEF, WHO, OCHA, UNRWA, and WFP, have already spoken out against the “horror” Israel has brought to Gaza. He emphasized that it is time to heed their call to end this brutality.

Safadi further stated that UNICEF is now focused on the fear for the lives of 600,000 boys and girls in Rafah if an invasion is allowed. He stressed that it must not be allowed to happen.

The situation in Rafah is concerning, and the international community must take action to prevent another massacre from occurring. The safety and well-being of innocent civilians, particularly children, should be the top priority. It is time for all parties involved to strive for peace and stability in the region to avoid further loss of life and destruction.
