King Charles of Britain has expressed his support for his elder son, Prince William, in light of Prince William’s decision not to attend the Women’s World Cup final in Australia.

Prince William conveyed his best wishes to the England football team through a video message, which also featured his daughter, Princess Charlotte. In the video, Prince William said, “We’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved and the millions you’ve inspired here and around the world.”

However, the Prince of Wales expressed regret, stating, “We’re sorry we can’t be there in person.”

Prince William’s choice not to attend the final in person had prompted criticism from some quarters.
