Jerusalem, June 14 – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu extended warm birthday wishes to former U.S. President Donald Trump, calling him “Israel’s greatest friend” in a heartfelt message shared on social media.

“Happy Birthday President Trump!” Netanyahu posted on his official X (formerly Twitter) account. “Thank you for being Israel’s greatest friend and being so steadfast in the defense of the Jewish people and Jewish state.”

The Israeli leader, known for his close rapport with Trump during his presidency, further added, “Sara and I wish you a wonderful birthday and continued success in your historic presidency.”

Netanyahu and Trump developed a strong diplomatic relationship during Trump’s time in office, particularly over landmark moves such as the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and the Abraham Accords, which saw normalization of ties between Israel and several Arab states.
