This decision has been prompted by harrowing testimonies from Pakistani survivors aboard the ill-fated vessel, who assert that the boat was deliberately sunk and that no rescue efforts were made. Foreign media reports have also exposed the appalling treatment of Pakistanis, who were forcibly kept at the bottom of the trawler.
