LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: On the occasion of Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day celebrated on August 14, the nation is ablaze with excitement and an unwavering spirit, ready to honor the relentless struggle of our forefathers and national heroes who fought valiantly to establish a separate homeland.

Distinguished figures including President Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) President Asif Ali Zardari, and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have extended heartfelt congratulations to the nation, underscoring the significance of the 77th Independence Day.

The day began with special prayers offered for the prosperity and unity of the country, a fitting tribute considering the ongoing challenges on the political and economic fronts.
