Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has declared today [Sunday] as Youm-e-Tashakkur—a nationwide Day of Gratitude—to commemorate Pakistan’s successful military response to Indian aggression through Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.
Addressing the nation via Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister emphasized that this day is meant to thank Almighty Allah for Pakistan’s victory, salute the unparalleled courage of the Pakistan Armed Forces, and celebrate the unity and resilience shown by the people of Pakistan in the face of external threats.
