Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated the government and people of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the Kingdom’s 94th National Day. He praised the leadership of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Mohammed bin Salman, highlighting the Kingdom’s emergence as a great country of the 21st century and its role as a model for the world with Vision 2030.
PM Shehbaz emphasized the historic relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia based on religious and cultural values and expressed gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s support in stabilizing Pakistan’s economy. He expressed hope for continued cordial ties between the two countries.

In a separate event, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the Saudi Embassy to mark the special occasion and conveyed good wishes to Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Ahmed Al-Maliki and the people of Saudi Arabia. He thanked the Saudi government for their cooperation during difficult times and emphasized the strong bond between the two countries. Ambassador Al-Maliki expressed that Saudi Arabia highly values its relations with Pakistan as “it is our brotherly country.”
