Pakistan’s Successful Ghauri Weapon System Test Fuels Strategic Preparedness

On Tuesday, Pakistan conducted a “successful” test launch of the Ghauri Weapon System, aiming to assess the “operational and technical readiness” of the Army Strategic Forces Command (ASFC), as stated by the military’s public relations office.

The launch was conducted under the supervision of the ASFC commander, with the presence of senior officials from the strategic forces, as well as scientists and engineers from strategic organizations, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The ASFC commander commended the high level of training and operational preparedness within the force. He stated that this was evident in the proficient handling of the weapon system in the field and the achievement of operational and technical objectives.

He also expressed his appreciation for the contributions of scientists and engineers in enhancing Pakistan’s strategic capabilities.

The ISPR reported that following the test, the president, prime minister, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, and services chiefs extended their congratulations to the troops, scientists, and engineers for the successful execution of the training launch.
