Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has hiked pilots’ flying perks by an impressive 35 percent, as per a notification released on Monday.
To qualify for the 35 percent boost in flying perks, pilots must clock a minimum of 50 hours in the air and have served for a commendable 10 years.
According to the notification, pilots with 20 years of service will witness a delightful 30 percent increment in their flying perks, while those with 30 years of service will experience a noteworthy 25 percent increment. Pilots with over 30 years of service will revel in a respectable 20 percent increase.

However, the privilege of receiving the flying allowance will be denied to those who shirk their duty and absent themselves without valid grounds.
For PIA pilots who soar through 60 hours of flight time, an extraordinary 150 percent allowance per hour awaits them. Meanwhile, pilots who glide through 70 hours will be rewarded with an astonishing 200 percent allowance per hour.
