Multan: Police raided the house of senior politician Javed Hashmi and arrested his son-in-law and servants.
On social media site X, Javed Hashmi said that the police raided his residence in Makhdoom Rasheed area when PTI’s workers’ convention was going on and arrested the PTI candidate and his servants.
He said that the police entered the house by breaking the doors and tortured the women as well. The police broke into her residence without a warrant, desecrating her home and detaining her son-in-law and grandson.
According to sources, PTI leaders Mehr Bano Qureshi and Zain Qureshi were to attend the workers’ convention.
