Lahore: In a dramatic turn of events, Jahangir Tareen, the newly-formed Istehktam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) president, set off for the United Kingdom on Sunday amidst swirling speculations of holding meetings with leaders from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Insiders reveal that Tareen, the party’s head honcho, plans to extend his stay in the UK for more than a week. During his time there, he intends to engage with overseas Pakistanis, while also tending to his medical check-up.
