Prominent Pakistani-American Businessman Faces Sudden Removal from Ministerial Role

The Pakistani-American business community in the United States has expressed deep concerns following the government’s decision to withdraw Tahir Javaid’s appointment as the state minister for investment. Tahir Javaid, a prominent Pakistani-American businessman based in Texas, has garnered strong support from the Pakistan Society of North Texas and local industrialists.

Hafeez Khan, a notable figure in the Pakistani-American industry and former chairman of the Pak American Industry Forum, vehemently opposed Javaid’s dismissal during a press conference. Abid Malik, a member of the Board of Trustees of PSNT of North Texas, condemned the decision and expressed solidarity with Tahir Javaid. The community believes that Pakistan stands to lose significantly due to this decision, which they consider unjust.
