Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar has expressed his determination to continue efforts to solve the problems faced by the country’s economy until the last day of taking office.

He reiterated this commitment while presiding over the review meeting regarding various problems of K Electric in Islamabad.

The Prime Minister said that it is the first priority of the government to provide all facilities to the international investors and business community for foreign investment in the country.

He said that the government has achieved positive results by following this basic principle.

The delegation of Karachi Electric thanked the Prime Minister and his team for solving the long standing problems of K Electric.

The Prime Minister assured on this occasion that the remaining problems faced by K Electric will also be solved on priority basis. He said that the government is trying to remove all obstacles in the way of uninterrupted supply of electricity to the residents of Karachi.

He said that the interim government was able to solve some major and long-standing problems in a short period of time to put the country on the path of economic stability.

In the meeting, the problems of Karachi Electric and their solutions were presented.

Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar directed that Nepra and Karachi Electric should jointly find solutions to these problems on a priority basis and submit a report in this regard soon.
