In the eleventh match of the ninth edition of Pakistan Super League, Multan Sultans defeated Quetta Gladiators by 13 runs.

Earlier, Quetta Gladiators won the toss and decided to field first against Multan Sultans.

Batting first, Multan Sultans scored 180 runs for the loss of four wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Raza Hendricks scored 72 runs for Multan Sultans, captain Muhammad Rizwan scored 51 runs while Usman Khan scored 14 runs.

On behalf of Quetta Gladiators, Mohammad Amir guided two players to the pavilion while Aqeel Hussain and Abrar Ahmed took one wicket each.

In pursuit of the target, the Quetta Gladiators team managed to score 167 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Khawaja Nafe was the top scorer with 36 runs and captain Riley Russo with 30 runs.

So far in the tournament, Multan Sultans have played 5 matches and won 4, while Quetta Gladiators have won three matches and failed in one.

Multan Sultans is first on the points table while Quetta Gladiators is second.
