ISLAMABAD: The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf on Tuesday challenged the jail trial in the Tosha Khana and Al-Qadir Trust cases against him in the Islamabad High Court.

The PTI founder and former prime minister filed two petitions against the notification of jail trial in the Tosha Khana and Al Qadir Trust cases. The chairman of the National Accountability Bureau and others have been made parties in the case.

In his petition, the PTI founder took a stand that the notification regarding the jail trial of the Al-Qadir Trust case was issued on November 14, whereas the notification of the jail trial was issued on November 28 in the Tosha Khana case.
