Star Sports, the official broadcaster for the Asia Cup, has unveiled its lineup of 19 esteemed commentators for the upcoming tournament.

The commentator’s panel features a diverse mix of cricketing expertise, with four former cricketers hailing from host nation Pakistan and ten from India.

Notably absent from the panel, however, is the legendary Pakistan cricket captain and accomplished commentator, Ramiz Raja.

Representing Pakistan in the commentator’s box will be Bazid Khan, Aamer Sohail, Wasim Akram, and Waqar Younis. On the other hand, the Indian contingent boasts renowned names like Ravi Shastri, Andy Flower, and Matthew Hayden, among others, who will be providing insights and analysis throughout the Asia Cup.

This diverse group of commentators is expected to add depth and perspective to the tournament’s coverage, enhancing the viewing experience for cricket fans across the region.
