ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Embarks on Journey to Turkey for President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s Inauguration.

The Prime Minister’s Office stated that Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Mehmet Paçaci, bid farewell to PM Shehbaz as he set off on his two-day voyage.

“Setting off for Turkey today upon the invitation of my esteemed brother, HE President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to partake in his inauguration ceremony,” the premier tweeted before departing from Islamabad.

The prime minister further expressed his intention to convey the “most heartfelt greetings” to President Erdogan on behalf of the Pakistani government and its people, celebrating his election victory.

“The deep fraternal bonds between Pakistan and Turkey are poised to grow even stronger in alignment with our shared determination and intertwined destinies,” he affirmed.

He went on to emphasize that both nations “still have untapped potential within our multifaceted relationship, and endeavors are underway to unlock it.”
