Amid constitutional crises to hold elections of KPK & Punjab elections, SC takes a big decision to take a Suo Moto Notice on holding of elections within constitutional limit of ninety days.
Supreme Court has constituted a nine member bench to hear the case. The hearing shall be conducted on 23rd February, 2023 on Thursday.
Lawyers & political commentators have welcomed the decision by stating that constitutional protection is fundamental obligation of the state.
