The Election Commission of Pakistan has released the notification of 36 successful candidates for the National Assembly from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The list includes one candidate each from Muslim League-N, Pakistan Peoples Party parliamentarians and Majlis Wahdat al-Muslimeen and 33 independent candidates from different constituencies.
The Election Commission of Pakistan has also released the notification of 93 successful candidates for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
The candidates include two candidates of People’s Party and three candidates of JUIF while all the rest are independent candidates.
The notification asks all independent candidates to join a political party within three days of notification under sub-clause-c of clause 3 of Article 106 of the Constitution.
