The fifth meeting of the coordination committees of the Muslim League-N and the People’s Party was inconclusive

ISLAMABAD: The fifth meeting between Pakistan Muslim League (N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) for government formation was inconclusive.

The coordination committees of the two parties considered in detail the proposals regarding the power-sharing formula in a possible coalition government. The two sides decided to meet again to finalize the power-sharing formula.

PML-N Senator Azam Nazir Tarar while talking to journalists said that the talks are going on in a positive manner. He also said that some decisions have already been taken regarding the representation of the People’s Party in the cabinet.

In the meeting, PML-N was represented by Senator Ishaq Dar, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Senator Azam Nazir Tarar and Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, while People’s Party was represented by Murad Ali Shah, Saeed Ghani, Qamar Zaman Kaira, Nadeem Afzal Chan and Nawab Sanaullah Zehri. did
