ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board will now work directly under the Prime Minister’s Office as it has been taken out of the purview of the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC).
The decision was taken by the caretaker federal government, which said the prime minister, who is also the patron of the board, would oversee the affairs.
PCB is no longer accountable to the Ministry. The IPC Secretary will also no longer be a member of the PCB Board of Governors after the decision.
