In the capital city of Islamabad, rain accompanied by strong winds provided a significant break from the intense heat. The Blue Area, G-6, G-7, and Zero Point received substantial rainfall, while Rawalpindi recorded a total of 12mm, with Saidpur Village receiving 17mm. The Met Department also reported that the flow of water in Nullah Leh remained normal during the rainfall.

Hassan Abdal experienced rain accompanied by light thunderstorms and strong winds, contributing to notably pleasant weather. However, the downpour caused lightning outages in several areas. Kasur and its surrounding areas enjoyed cool winds and pleasant weather as a result of the torrential rain. In Taxila, the rain and cool winds led to a significant drop in temperature, making the weather more comfortable. Attock and Jhelum also experienced rain and cool breezes, providing much-needed relief from the sweltering heat.

The Met Department has indicated that these weather patterns are likely to persist, bringing further relief to the region. As the rains continue, residents are enjoying the cooler temperatures and the pleasant change in weather, which comes as a welcome break from the usual summer heat.
