The Karachi police have taken legal action against a woman who caused a deadly accident on Karsaz Road. The incident involved a speeding SUV crashing into two motorcycles and another car, which resulted in the death of two individuals and injuries to three others.
According to Traffic Police Deputy Inspector General Ahmad Nawaz Cheema, the woman was driving a Toyota car in a highly negligent manner, leading to the tragic collision. As a result, a first information report (FIR) has been filed against the woman, and she has been arrested and placed in the custody of the police’s investigation unit.

The suspect was scheduled to appear before a court, but due to her medical condition, she was admitted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre’s psychiatry department for treatment. However, the police were granted one-day custody to ensure her presence in court as the case proceeds.
The FIR filed against the woman includes various charges related to the accident. It is important to note that the police have emphasized that no one is above the law, and they are committed to conducting a thorough investigation without any negligence.
