In a significant breakthrough, Iran has agreed to reactivate surveillance cameras at various nuclear sites and accelerate inspections, according to Rafael Grossi, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Grossi lauded the “notable progress” made in his discussions with Iranian authorities. His visit to Tehran came after the discovery of enriched uranium particles near weapons-grade levels.
Grossi emphasized the importance of the reinstatement of monitoring systems, as it is crucial for maintaining knowledge and continuity, especially in the context of a potential revival of the JCPOA.
