After PPP and Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam, Muslim League-N also agreed on judicial reforms.

A meeting of Muslim League-N, People’s Party and JUIF was held on the twenty-sixth constitutional amendment, in which Mian Nawaz Sharif, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also participated.

While holding a press conference in Lahore after the meeting, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that they have agreed on the reforms related to judiciary, they will also consult on other proposed amendments.

He said that the initial amendment was rejected, it is still rejected today, if important issues are discussed in detail, the country will survive and the constitution will also survive.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that he will meet the PTI leadership after reaching Islamabad, and will include the opinion of the PTI leadership in the constitutional amendment.

Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that there was an agreement between PP and JUI, today the three parties have agreed.

He said that the proposed amendment will be passed by both houses at the appropriate time.

Bilal Bhutto Zardari said that he wants the supremacy of the constitution and quick justice through the constitutional courts. After the reforms, the people will see what they do to defend the constitution.

On this occasion, Ishaq Dar said that the three parties have reached a consensus on the constitutional amendment from the judiciary, and the other proposed amendments will be agreed upon in the coming days.
