At least three people were killed and five others were injured after a suspected suicide bomber blew himself up in North Waziristan’s Miranshah town. 

According to reports, pedestrians were casualties in the blast and the attacker’s target is being ascertained. 

The injured and the dead were shifted to DHQ Miranshah Hospital and a cordon was established around the blast site by security officials. An investigation has been initiated by law enforcement personnel. 

A search operation.was also launched in the area after the attack.
