Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has criticized the Supreme Court (SC) verdict in the reserved seats case, stating that it amounts to direct interference in the parliamentary process for judicial reforms. He emphasized the need for judicial reforms and the formation of a constitutional court as the solution to the current crises in the country. Bilawal expressed concerns about the reduction of government numbers in parliament due to the verdict and alleged that it hinders the process of judicial reforms.
He also highlighted the importance of consensus among parliamentary forces for introducing judicial reforms and constitutional amendments. Additionally, he discussed the need to involve Maulana Fazlur Rehman in the process and warned about potential difficulties if constitutional amendments are not ensured within a specified timeframe.
