During the anti-bandit operation in the kacha areas, the CTD uncovered an organized network of illegal arms suppliers. They claimed to have arrested Abdul Khaliq, an alleged member of the illegal arms supplier network who was providing arms and ammunition to notorious gangs.
CTD officials informed the media that an intelligence-based operation resulted in the recovery of two rocket launchers.
