Pakistan denies rumors of US drone hub in the country for counter-terrorism efforts, according to the Foreign Office Spokesperson who spoke at the weekly press briefing on Thursday.
The spokesperson dismissed the claims, stating that the topic was not on the agenda nor discussed during the dialogue on counterterrorism between Pakistan and the United States earlier this week in Islamabad.
She added that Pakistan is committed to addressing terrorism, which is a global challenge, and that the two sides discussed issues related to cooperation in multilateral forums, cyber security, countering violent extremism, and capacity building in anti-money laundering.
