ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will fly to Geneva on Sunday, according to Republic Policy News.
PM Shehbaz will lead a high-level team of federal ministers and SAPMs to Switzerland on January 9 to co-host the International Conference on Climate Resilient Pakistan with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
The meeting will help mobilise worldwide support for Pakistan in order to help its people and administration recover more efficiently from the recent disastrous floods.
Pakistan will present the Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework (4RF) at the conference, and seek international support and long-term partnerships for its implementation.
