A man in the Shinko area of Khyber district opened fire on his family members on Sunday, killing two of his brothers and a sister-in-law.
According to SHO Zahid Khan, the incident took place within the jurisdiction of Bara police station. The suspect was arrested along with the weapon used in the killings and was shifted to Bara police station for investigation.
The SHO said preliminary information suggested the suspect was reportedly addicted to ice (crystal methamphetamine), though further investigation into the incident remains under way.
