The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released the song “Aao Hum Kucch Aisa Karein” to emphasise the anguish of flood victims and to appeal to the giving spirit and the moral obligation of assisting those in need.
According to the Foreign Office Spokesperson, the track was created in anticipation of tomorrow’s Conference on Climate Resilient Pakistan in Geneva.
Shakeel Asghar Malik, a Pakistani Foreign Service officer, wrote, composed, and sang the song.
The song, titled ‘Acts of Humanity’ in English, is dedicated to the victims of the recent floods in Pakistan and appeals to the spirit of giving and the moral necessity of assisting those in need.
