Bushra Bibi challenged the ‘nikah’ case during Eid

ISLAMABAD: PTI founder’s wife Bushra Bibi challenged the case of Nikah during Eid in the Islamabad High Court.

The petitioner took the position that the case is based on malice, the decision of Additional Sessions Judge East dated 11th January should be set aside.

Petitioner prayed that the case be ordered dismissed and that the trial court’s proceedings be stayed pending his petition.
