The Election Commission of Pakistan says that if the alteration of electoral symbols continues, they may delay the general elections in certain constituencies.
The ECP said in a statement that changes are being made in election symbols through various sources.
It is important to note that the Election Commission has already sent the printing of ballot papers to three printing corporations and the printing process has started, the statement said.
To deal with the changing situation, the Election Commission is holding meetings with the main objective of managing the situation and ensuring strict implementation of the directives against altering election symbols.
