The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has dismissed the reports circulating in some private media regarding the Election Management System (EMS) as false and misleading.
According to the Election Commission spokesperson, some private media outlets have aired reports and made headlines which are baseless and contrary to facts regarding the benefits and eligibility of EMS.
The statement said that behind these news and hits, it appears to create misconceptions about the system and mislead the general public.
In fact, the Election Management System has passed several tests, and there is no doubt about its merits.
