Noman Wazir, a civil servant from the Province of KPK, is the newly elected president of the Association of Administrative Federalism, Pakistan.
AOAF is the representative association of the provincial civil servants of all provinces. It comprises civil servants, provincial police officers and other cadres of provincial officers. The association is registered under the Society’s registration act and works for the cause of devolution, de-centralization and federalism.
The different associations of the provinces have congratulated the new president. They further said they are hopeful that the young president shall disseminate the constitutional position of devolution and work for civil service reforms and good governance.
