There will no Total Solar Eclipse in Pakistan

On Monday, a unique celestial event will unfold, captivating millions of people across North America. This total solar eclipse, a rare occurrence, will not grace the skies of Pakistan or India. The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has confirmed that the eclipse will only be visible from Western Europe, North America, and Northern South America, as well as the Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic regions. The Hindustan Times has also reported that India will not be in the path of this extraordinary event.

With bated breath, if the weather permits, the eclipse will be observable along a trajectory that begins in Mexico, passes through the United States, and ends in Canada. Enthusiasts of the eclipse are eagerly congregating in locations along the “path of totality.” Fredericksburg in central Texas is one of these locations where the total eclipse is expected to take place just after 1830 GMT.

According to Michael Zeiler, a seasoned eclipse chaser from New Mexico who has witnessed 11 total eclipses worldwide, the sight of a total eclipse is a breathtaking experience. He believes that first-time viewers will be in awe, as it is a life-altering moment for them.

However, meteorologists have indicated that a significant stretch of the path of totality may experience cloudy conditions during the eclipse.
