On Friday, Peacock released a trailer for the forthcoming flick Sick. Sick takes place in April 2020, just before the Covid-19 epidemic begins.
The story focuses on Parker and Miri, two best friends confined at a rural lake cabin.

“As the pandemic comes to a standstill, Parker and her best friend Miri opt to quarantine at the family lake house alone or so they believe,” the official synopsis says.

Gideon Adlon, Bethlehem Million, Marc Menchaca, and Jane Adams are among the cast members. Sick was produced by Blumhouse and Miramax.
Scream writer Kevin Williamson co-wrote the script with Katelyn Crabb and produced it alongside Bill Block and Ben Fast.
The film was directed by John Hyams. Sick will air on Peacock on January 13th.
