Ensure safe haven: Minister pushed for comprehensive measures

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah took the wheel and called the shots, directing relevant authorities to pull out all the stops in ensuring the safety of both domestic and foreign populations in Pakistan.

At a pivotal meeting in Gwadar, the minister presided over discussions surrounding counter-terrorism and the security of foreign nationals. He emphasized the need for maximum security for Chinese workers involved in various projects under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, warning against any form of negligence in the matter.

Minister Sanaullah announced that a portion of every project in the economic corridor has been earmarked for security purposes and emphasized the importance of giving local residents priority in the hiring process for security agencies.
