Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that one window counter has been made functional at Punjab Revenue Authority, NADRA, and Lahore Development Authority to facilitate overseas Pakistanis. He stated this while chairing a meeting in Lahore on Saturday.
The Chief Minister said an Act has also been passed to extend support to overseas Pakistanis. The role of overseas Pakistanis is significant for the development of Pakistan. It is the primary duty of the government to solve genuine issues of overseas Pakistanis.
It is learned that most overseas Pakistanis find it very hard to go through the processes of Public offices. These processes are cumbersome and complicated. If these processes are facilitated, the outcome can easily be improved.
